Basic Life Insurance

Employee life insurance equal to annual salary rounded up to the nearest thousand ($20,000 minimum) paid by the College of Southern Idaho. Basic Life includes $2,000 for spouse and $1,000 for each eligible dependent.

Voluntary Life Insurance

Elective life insurance equal to annual salary rounded up to the nearest thousand; paid by employee based on annual salary and age.

Short-Term/Long-Term Disability Insurance

60% of weekly earnings, $1,500 maximum weekly benefit, 30-day wait and/or exhaustion of sick leave, 22 week maximum benefit period.
